Privacy notice

What we collect

When you book or send a message we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service and clinic you choose, and anything you add in the notes or medical aid field. For company bookings we also collect the company name, approximate number of employees and site location.

Why we collect it

We use it only to manage your appointment or reply to your message: to confirm, remind, reschedule or cancel, and to prepare for your visit. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

How we keep it

Booking details are stored securely on our web server and sent by email to our clinic staff. Only authorised Mart Med staff can see them. Please don't include detailed medical history in the booking form — your clinician will take this at your visit.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, and for any period required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@martmed.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
