About Mart Med

Mart Med is a privately registered healthcare company with the Company and Intellectual Property
Commission (CIPC). Founded by Dr. Martin Rangwato, a qualified medical doctor accredited by the Health
Professions Council South Africa, Mart Med is dedicated to improving healthcare accessibility, efficiency,
and affordability in South Africa. Dr. Rangwato’s extensive experience includes service in various
healthcare settings, including district hospitals, clinics, and administrative roles within the Department of
Health

Mission and Vision
Mart Med’s mission is to bridge the gap between public and private healthcare systems, address disease
burden, and contribute to societal development by offering innovative primary healthcare solutions. Our
vision is to eradicate poverty, create employment opportunities, and make quality healthcare accessible to all

Mart Med is at the forefront of occupational health, addressing the well-being of employees and the

Environmental Medicine: Establishing a dedicated Environmental Medicine department staffed with
specialists who diagnose and treat illnesses resulting from environmental exposure. This includes
conditions such as respiratory diseases, dermatological issues, and chemical sensitivities.
